- thanks. It was a tough day out there but not half as tough as the full Ironman for which Ironguides had so much success as well. Anyway first time on the podium for me and a genuine slot at Clearwater without having to rely on roll-down!

Congratulations to the ironFolks at Ironman China and China 70.3
The Good Times keep on rollin' in 2009 as ironguides athletes Charlotte Paul and Amanda Balding win IM China and IM China 70.3. Joszef Major and Mark Jansen place 3rd overall respectively in the Men's races.
