Finally back to serious training....
So after a long hard working summer, time for serious training is back.... Ticket for IM Lanzarote is bought, the burning desire to traing perform and lay in the hours is back.... Looking forward to kicking off the dust, with 5 weeks on Gran Canaria. The sister island to Lanzarote.....

Looks beautiful there.... Am also very much in love with the sadistic mountains of Gran Canaria :-)
